Turkey Disabled’s Education and Solidarity  Foundation (OZEV) is established   by the handicapped families in 19 june 1994.Up to now OZEV gives education,health,social rehabilitation  etc.services to  the handicapped groups and handicapped’s families .

          OZEV works on the principle  that “All handicapped’s have the same rights with the other citizens”  and thinks that it is the greatest  assault  not to see handicapped  and their rights.
